Laughter
Workshop with Lisa from Laughter Lines coaching
"Laughter is the universal language. It acts as
a bridge across cultures, ages, genders and abilities.
It delights our senses. It shifts our perspective and
re-connects us with who we truly are. It allows for
the unabashed freedom of self-expression. When we really
let go and laugh heartily we give permission for those
around us to do the same."
