A Celebration of 100 years of
International Women's Day

A FREE day for women and girls
(boys under 12, all children must be accompanied by an adult)

Morgana did a workshop for us last year and was extremely popular, and we are very lucky that she is returning again for the 2011 event.

The Goddess Foundation

The Goddess Foundation is a voluntary, not for profit organisation, encouraging female empowerment and spiritual development. Awareness of current issues is also part of their agenda, encouraging women to use their empowerment at whatever level they are comfortable, to help their world and the world around them become a better place.

Current campaigns are encouraging women to use their vote, and the Waris Dirie Foundation which is fighting against female genital mutilation.

There will be the facility to pick up leaflets and chat on the day, or please do check out the website.

The Arun Health Trainers offer a FREE service to help people make healthy lifestyle changes. They can help people to lose weight, stop smoking, eat more healthily, do more exercise, reduce alcohol intake and improve mental health. The service is completely confidential and the Health Trainers will work with you on a one-to-one basis and give you support, information and motivation to achieve your goals.
